Responsibilities

InpEV, as a representative of manufacturers of agrochemicals, develops educational campaigns to stimulate triple rinsing and return of empty containers, which is a three-sided responsibility (government, distributor and industry) stated in sole paragraph of Article 19, Law 9.974/00.

"Sole Paragraph: Manufacturers and distributors of agrochemicals, shall implement, together with the Government, educational programs and mechanisms to control and stimulate the return of empty containers by farmers, within one hundred and eighty days after the publication of this Law".

InpEV is always searching for partners to jointly create campaigns and multiply educational materials, once this is a shared responsibility.

As much as possible and aiming at the multiplication and stimulation of educational efforts, materials developed by the Institute are made available to be used by its several partners. In many cases, materials are customized with requesting party's logo and their costs are shared.
